From a philosophical perspective though, it is unclear about the point of those photos. Are they interesting? Well I suppose it did motivate me to add the Spring ClearlyExplained.Com page, the season that is. Interestingly though, the plural of spring i.e. springs implies the coil structure or device. Though there does seem to be a distinction between the device and the mathematical shape.
