Jupiter Ascending review

As suspected, Jupiter Ascending is a visually stunning roller coaster (or should that be roller blading) spectacular with a rather naive storyline and curious scripting.

The actual acting was quite good given some of the awkward lines they had to deal with.  I thought it wasn’t too bad actually except for the bizarre bureaucracy scene in the middle given how incredibly advanced these galactic owners are.

I even recognised some scenes as taking place in the Natural History Museum of London. I suspect that the museum played a bit of a role in inspiring some of the concepts of alien animal hybrids that were scattered all throughout the movie.  Some of the visuals of the great red eye of planet jupiter were pretty impressive on the big screen though.
