Looper review

Looper was a solid sci-fi film with a clever concept and nice cinematography.  Basically it’s what happens if gangsters get time machines it turns out they need to kill each other.  Some of the cinematography and lens flare was similar to blade runner but ultimately it is the overall feel of the movie that worked so well.

The contrast between the alternate time line lives of being on a farm and being in the city with an entirely different culture made for a more global feel that is often not considered in other time travel plots.

The only downside was the realisation of presence of a child although it was handled pretty well within context.
